I spent half of my career in the private sector; (all high tech companies in the IT, telecom, and smartcard sector). The second half of my career I spent in the public sector, making sure that these new technologies could be implemented in such a way that the citizen/enterprise gets better from in. Thanks to my international network (and the fact that I have been traveling the whole world to share my experience with colleagues, students, and private companies), I know now which technologies work and which not; I also know how not to do it ?. I am confident that the combination of these experiences will benefit the MSP and its mission.
Why is Maun Science Park important?
The Maun Science Park is THE ideal place in Africa where the citizen can meet science. By exploiting new technologies they will be able to debate, test, and experience the society of the future.
